Hello World, The Birth is Yours is a family advocacy and wellness consultancy, committed to providing comprehensive and personalized childbirth education and doula services. Our mission is to empower individuals through informed decision-making, compassionate care, and community-based education. Our vision is to empower expecting parents to take agency over their birth journey, gaining the knowledge to advocate for their wellness. Building confidence is integral to our approach as we guide you through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
We aim to inspire women and their partners to take agency over their birth experiences: to be prepared, advocate for their preferences, and bask in the outcome.
The desire to empower you is fueled by my own transformative experiences since age eleven, witnessing my first birth. With over five years of advocating for women in the birth community and supporting maternal health, I've seen many unaware of the importance of making their birth preferences known due to a lack of knowledge of their rights at birth. The Birth is YOURS! OWN IT!

More than YOUR Doula...
I am an educator, social service advocate, and founding doula of The Birth is Yours with a bachelor's degree in Family and Child Development, success and sustainability of family dynamics have always intrigued me. Ultimately, this led me to pursue a Master's degree in Public Administration as the public policy affecting marginalized communities and health disparities piqued my interest. Not only am I your Doula, but I am your resource champion.
I look forward to fostering a supportive environment full of patience, care, concern, and kindness.
